The Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Valentina Matviyenko, on Tuesday, June 10, in the walls of the Upper Chamber of parliament, opened the solemn ceremony of awarding the laureates of the 15th Anniversary National Award for Goods and Services for Children.
